Does the Age Group API consider region specific limits?

Looking to confirm my understanding with the age group API https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/unity/ps-age-group-apis/ 

When returning CH, TN, AD does it localize the result to the region's regulations?  For example, South Korea is 14+ and Germany 16+?   So I'd expect a CH result would be 10-12 for US and 10-13 for South Korea, and so on.
