Enabling Developer mode doesn't work

So turns out I had to create an organization from the website on Desktop, which seemed to take. Doing it from my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5 with android 5.0) didn't work, but burned a spelling of my Organization, which I can't seem to delete.
I've also created a ticket for support - at this point I just want them to delete the ones I'm not using.
