Estimated costs for VR training for military nurses

Hi everyone,

I've had trouble communicating with Oculus developer support team, so I figured I'd reach out here and see if anyone can offer me some insight. I'm currently an MBA student and I'm trying to put together a proposal for the university to invest in using VR technology to train military nurses in combat situations. The university owns an Oculus Rift, they have a game programmed on the machine used for testing nursing students.  However, it only has one task (sterile technique) and the new program will be complex as multiple assessment points will be needed to train military nurses for deployment in a variety of settings. My biggest challenge is figuring out how much this is going to cost. We'll need specific nursing tasks loaded as well as the combat situation. I'm told each simulation could cost around $20k to develop. Additionally, we are looking to purchase 3 simulations (e.g. helicopter crash, urban combat, and natural disaster). If anyone has any input I would greatly appreciate it.
