Gifting apps

Heya CandleLady33. We get how you wanted you gifting your son 2 games for Christmas a secret, and now you want to send them to them. No need to worry, you came to the right place for assistance. 

So when it comes to gifting apps, you'll need to send them as a gift whenever you are purchasing them. After you buy the game, you aren't able to send them as a gift, because they are essentially your games now. Luckily we can look into refunded those purchases and then you purchasing them again as a gift for your son. 

Please try these steps to complete a refund on the mobile app. 

1. Open the Oculus app on your phone
2. Tap  More
3. Tap Purchase History
4. Find the content you want to request a refund for, tap  and then tap Request Refund
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and then enter your Oculus pin to request your refund

After doing that, please attempt to repurchase those same games, but as gifts this time and send them to your son's account.
