Go home screens/environments

Hello, new to the community but have a questions. feel free to point me in the direction of an existing thread if one exists. 

I am trying to find out if there is a way to create a custom environment that a user can select as their home screen, I currently have the "Zen apartment" but would like to be able to build my own. Thank in advance!
