handtracking stopped working on Air link
After upgrading GPU from GTX 1650 to RTX 3060 the handtracking stopped working in Air link, it used to work normally.
I have tried changing options, start with disconnected controls, use handtracking to access the airlink, but in all cases handtracking stops working after entering the Air link. I've tried using "Repair" from the Oculus installer, it didn't work.
I need handtracking to continue the development of my game.

I confirm that Handtracking worked correctly for me on Air Link before the GPU change, I saw that for most people it never worked on Air Link.

Maybe not relevant to your issue (and you might have solved it already), but after digging around a entire day, I found out it was an OpenXR settings for my Ultraleap Leapmotion device. When I unchecked that and restarted Unity (with a clean Library deletion) it worked! Also make sure "Developer runtime features" is set in the Oculus desktop app.
So make sure you don't have any other conflicting OpenXR runtimes running.
