Home Animation - are there rules to follow?

I included a very simple animation in a home template - a platform going up and down. All indications were that the template validated but 'oculus' wouldn't accept it. Is there something subtle that I'm missing?

    Solved - I'd set location alone rather than 'location, rotation and scaling'.
