Home not loading images through _import folder

Hello. I was directed to you by the oculus support team. They said my issue could not be fixed through them.

Since September 2022 my Oculus Home will not load 3D items from my _Import folder. New , old, and Adobe Medium generated 3D files in the glb format will not load.

I do get the "sync" availability in the _import folder. I see the item in the My Items "box" when I look at my imports in Home. However, when I click on the item to  load into my Home it shows up fine for a few seconds, but the item turns red and a blue banner pops up behind it saying it is an invalid gltf file try again after the file is validated.

I validated many new files, I tried to use old files that were accepted prior to September of 2022, and I "shared" an Adobe 3D file with my Home imports, None of these 3D items loaded into my Home.

I did see I had almost 1G of 3D files in my _import directory. I know there is a 250M data limit for 3D objects in a single home. I wonder if the "system" is refusing more than 1G of 3D data per account??

Anyway, I would like to know what can be done. One idea is I would like for you to give me a 3D file sample that you know should upload-able for me to try to see if that works.

Thanks

Hi - Did this ever get resolved for you? I have the same problem, and am wondering what the issue is.

It has not been resolved. You are the first and only person responding to the request.

I do not know how to get Meta personnel attention to help with this.

I believe it has to do with Meta, since none of my previously loaded objects will load.

If I get an answer, I'll see if I can let you know.
