How Often Does a user's OculusID change?

Hey guys, I know a user's Oculus id, as in the id you retrieve after calling Oculus.Platform.Users.GetLoggedInUser(), is subject to change. Does anyone know how often this happens? Is it periodic? ...

    thats correct, each app ID will yield a different user ID for that specific app
