How to Play Video in between VR Environment in oculus?

Hello Everyone,

I am an Engineering College Student, working on last year project of VR Simulator. 
I am working on a project of car simulator and I want to play a video which shows outside of car (all the things which we can see while driving car) for which we have already made recording. But I am not getting how to integrate it with our VR Environment.

Kindly help me with this.

    It will help if you include more information about what platform you are using (Unity, Unreal, etc).
