I can't fill out information on payment Dialog, etc.

When I wanna to choose the country in the dialog in payment, I can't choose country, which dropdown list can't be showing up. even in Start Verification, can't fill out info.

 

I'm at China, Shanghai, I'm a Oculus quest developer. Thanks,

  • Having the same issue. Can't select country, but even before I do, the "We're having trouble updating your payment information. Please try again later or contact support for assistance." message appears.

    Yesterday phone verification was not available, now this. Really a hassle to setup an Oculus account.

  • It does not look like Support is going to solve / communicate this to the responsible persons anytime soon. I have opened a ticket and this was their response:


    Our team does not have direct access to financial records or accounts as it assists developers with app administrationreview, compliance and enforcement-related issues.

    For assistance regarding entering payment information, please reach out to the Facebook Payments Team by clicking on the following link and submitting a request under the "Oculus" category: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/478646722539653

    Please note, you may need to log into a Facebook account associated with an Oculus account that is part of your developer organization.

    I do not have a Facebook account and why I would need one to open another ticket is beyond me.

  • i'm having the same issue, i'm located in Costa Rica and i can't select my country, dropdown isn't working and now when that screen shows up just tries to load and shows a message that says "We're having trouble updating your payment information. Please try again later or contact support for assistance."

    Please help !
