IAP and Payment, How to get the IAP payment status by server to server?

1.I need a double check way on server to confirm user‘s IAP payment status.
2.And also need to let my user view their payment record of my app IAP on Oculus APPLAB.
Is there some ways to get the payment callback and payment list by server to server.

How can I know the Revenue and Details of IAP by the Oculus DashBoard?
