I'm not receiving the sms confirmation code from Meta Quest developers

Hi, I'm trying to create a developer account but I don't receive the SMS confirmation code. I have tired with two different telephone numbers (both form Spain). I have also tried from different computers and devices but no luck. I can't create my developer account.
Any help, please?
