In the Library in the Oculus client, where does it get the "Recently Played" information from?

When I open my library in the Oculus Client, it displays which games I have played recently. Where is this "recently played" information stored locally, and is this information accessible? I have checked the various .log and .json files, but can not find it. Is this something that is determined internally via the OVRLibrarian.exe?
