Insert customer list using amazon s3

Hi, guys. I wonder if we can connect or feed customer list data using amazon S3 as found in google ads manager. In google Ads manager, there is an option to connect to the data source, namely amazon s3 so that we don't need to upload 1 by 1 csv file as is done in the meta ads manager.
