Is it possible for developers to port to other platforms (besides Oculus) using the Interaction S

Is it possible for developers to port to other platforms (besides Oculus) using the Interaction SDK tools? (supposedly the Avatar SDK can be used across other devices, but I didn’t think the Interaction SDK tools were for any devices besides Oculus).
