Is it possible to build my own widget for PC Oculus Home?

Is it possible to create my own widget for Oculus Home in Unity or UE4? I mean, the windowed app I can turn on in my Oculus Home PC environment. I didn't found any information about that. I need the widget for my own developer purposes, without the distribution.
