Lacking "all platform services" as admin post app move

So my organization has recently had a Rift app moved to us from another org. In the move EVERYONE lost access to the "All platform services" page with the following error message:

"Due to the application constraint settings for your role(s), you do not have permission to manage platform services for the application grouping this app belongs to. To resolve, please have the Administrator of your organization grant access to all of the apps in the grouping."

The issue is that I'm admin in my org and the org owner gets the same message.
Has anyone else experienced this and managed to solve it?

  • I can't offer any solutions but I am having something similar. I have a meta and facebook account, both of which were on my oculus dev account. I tried to change my facebook account to only have developer role, but it ended up removing ALL roles of my admin account, so now I'm dead in the water. I can't do the org verification process (due in 2 days) either because I have zero permissions other than push a new build. I sent an email to support but it was for my HMD since they don't offer support for account issues, and I can't find any other support options anywhere. Why does this have to be so difficult? Ever since the Meta transition things just keep getting more out of control.
