Indeed, there is a way to set up your Quest 2 without controllers!
 

  • Download the Oculus App: Install the Oculus app on your mobile device or PC.
  • Turn On Hand Tracking: Go to Settings > Devices > Oculus > Hand Tracking and enable it.
  • Set Up the Headset: Follow the on-screen instructions in the Oculus app to set up your headset.. You can use your hands to navigate the setup process!
