National Geographic does not work. Only see yellow arrows. It took me 7 hours to download this app

Yellow arrows when I try to watch National Geographic. Oculus suggestion is to delete the app and reinstall. I took 7 hours to install the app in the first place and many others are having the same problem.  Is my internet not fast enough to handle this app?
