Oculus and Nose

I read a paper on VR motion sickness. Interestingly, we found that applying a nose to the VR would have a significant effect.
So I tried to place a simple nose object between the oculus cameras in order to use it for development.
However, the nose looks like an object in front of you and looks more like a nerve than a nose. What is the breakthrough in this area? I want to talk about various ways.

Here are the resources for this paper.
