Oculus developer mode

When I got my oculos I wanted sidequest so I turned it on developer mode but then I recently deleted my acount becuase of a glitch and now when I try to make a new account and connect it to my oculus it says that it is owned by a bis and I cannot add acounts. is there anyone who knows how to fix this or help
