Oculus Game Submission: What Happens After 3 Rejections?

Hey everyone,
I’m developing a VR game for the Oculus platform, and I’ve heard that if your game submission is rejected three times, you may no longer be able to submit applications. Is this still the case? After three rejections, are we allowed to submit again, or does Oculus impose any bans or limitations on further submissions? I want to make sure I understand the policy before proceeding.
