Oculus Go, Oculus PR and Oculus Policy

There's some stuffs that ticked me off recently on how Oculus handled stuffs.

1. I was told by Oculus due to certain 'restriction' or 'policy' they decided this product would not ship to Singapore, I really wondered why. I do a lot of government projects for the country and I could get the authorities to look into it if it's our issues but I am sure it's not. SG has always been very advanced in technologies and there's no way they would'nt or would ban Oculus from coming in. (btw we're not China or part of China, again, I'd like to emphasize). They wouldn't tell us the reasons.

2. When I made enquiry if it's possible to upload content directly into Go, the reply was as such:

Hi Magius,

At this time, we are unable
to provide support for apps or games being used on the Oculus Go other then
the apps located in the Oculus Store.

I appreciate your
understanding with this.

Kindest regards.

I did not ask if you can support my app or apps we developed, I need to know if we can run VR apps without going through Oculus Store (since the promotional video specifically said 'upload from Oculus store through mobile phone'). I need to know as we want to develop on-the-move VR game experiences that can be deployed anywhere hassle free, such as educational materials for the local schools or agencies etc, without going through the stores as it's solely meant for that particular purpose. So we'll upload contents directly onto Oculus Go.

It seems like Oculus CS staffs are unable to understand or handle enquiry properly.
