Oculus Quest Link randomly disconnecting midgame?

Whenever i do PCVR (it's better) with Ghosts Of Tabor (not just this game it disconnects with other games) the link connection just crashes whenever i load into a game or even if i just start the game. I tried other games and apps too, i've checked my laptop for any errors. Whenever i plug in my Quest 2 to my laptop it says "This USB hub is problematic", i've checked that i've got nothing wrong with my Quest, my laptop nor my link cable.
 
How do i fix this random error i just got out of the blue?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch with the Meta Support Team, this could potentially be outdated, corrupt or incorrect drivers for your USB ports.

    If you have been able to run PCVR before we doubt that it is a compatibility issue, and if you have checked the cable already it won't be that.

    Would you be able to try PCVR with another computer to see if that works?

     

    If not please get back to us so we can look into this further.
