Oculus Quest showing a noise/break up effect

Hey all, using the Oculus Quest and to be clear there's a bit of a break up visual effect that I'm not used to seeing. It seems to happen when interaction with the UI begins.

I would appreciate any helpful pointers on what might be causing this. Below you can see two pictures, one is showing the UI without any visual disruption.The other with the visual disruption.
