Oculus Start Submission

Hi folks,

I just tried to signup for Oculus Start but the application isnt accepting my websites. I'm curious as to any specific requirements for these data fields. We have an operational client site for demos and own an inactive domain. Still in stealth dev. Does an inactive site block acceptance? Or a client only? Neither one would work.
