OCULUS TOUCH VIBRATION HELP

Ok lets go, to start this, i from the Brasil,i really like this product, i love Oculus Rift, my problem, is of battery, is too high the price in my country, touch utilize too much of the battery, because the vibration is Strong, is good, but Strong, i wanna stop vibration, all vibration in the my touch controller, I do not understand the SDK PC, give me a code to put in my setcontrollervibration, please, help me in this.
