OpenSim connection to the Oculus Quest?

Is there some way to connect An Oculus Quest to a running Open Simulator (OpenGL I believe? The same basic language as SecondLife) server? The old Android Lumiya Viewer's VR mode was GREAT, but I am unable to find the creator, break it down, or find any similar program that can connect to the server.
