Payout Account Tax Id Verification Error

For the last week or so, I get the error "Tax ID verification is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when attempting to setup a payout account in the dev dashboard. This onlys happens for EINs, individual ids don't cause errors. In my case, I need to setup my LLC. Does anyone know a fix for this, or if it is being worked on by meta staff?

    Same problem here. We are completely unable to release an app without setting up the payment. Would also like how to contunue here. Since this seems to be an issue for a while any information would be helpful.
