Price Update -- Is it really this hard?
Hi All,
I recently deployed my first app on App Lab. It was over-priced and now we desire a price change. Does anyone know the correct process for this? I've read "send an email to support" with some specific info. Done. Was told to "Create a New App" and list the relevant price date in your REVIEWER NOTES. Done but haven't heard and the approval is stalled.
Can anyone help a first-timer with how to get this done?
Thanks a lot.
Mark

Did you ever figure this out? I also need to change the price of my app.

The way it worked out for me was I deleted the earlier builds from my production channel and the price change suddenly update in the APP LAB and on APPLABDB.com, etc. Oculus never responded to my repeated requests for help.

Hi Mark,
Can you explain how you deleted earlier builds from your production channel? It seems like there is a list of earlier builds but no way to delete them? This is what it looks like for me. I uploaded a new build after changing the price but the price did not change after the new build went live. Thanks so much.
