Privacy Policy out of compliance - HTTP Status code 500

I've received an email that's saying

  1. We failed to access your Privacy Policy URL with the HTTP status code 500.

And if we don't update the link it's gonna delete our app by 22 June. However, the link is running just fine. Here's our app listing: https://www.oculus.com/experiences/quest/6538219349545814/

The email is do_not_reply and I cannot find any other way to reach support, so I can only ask here. Any idea what can we do?
