Publishing an Oculus Rift Game / Application to specific countries.

Hi People! 
A client of mine wants to publish an Oculus Rift Application though the Oculus Store only to specific countries. They don´t want the App to be available through the Oculus Store Worldwide. Is it possible to achieve this through the Oculus Store?
