random “teleporting” on quest 2?

so this is weird. even on the home screen of quest 2 i will teleport for lack of better terms. basically if i have my settings open or anything and im standing completely still, i will teleport in the world. like i’ll randomly get super close to my settings menu or farther away. this is after i cleared the guardian and redrew my boundary. it even did it as i was drawing a boundary. what could this be? in game it does the same thing, my in game body will move for no reason at all, very jerkily and ill be moved a few inches from where i was.

    Hi g1ettyu!

This sounds like a pretty disorientating issue!

Here are a few options that could resolve this issue:

    • Clear your guardian history
Presson your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
    1. Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
    2. SelectSettings in the top right corner.
    3. SelectGuardian from the left menu.
    4. Select Clear Guardian History.
    • Clean your headset sensors
    1. With a microfiber cloth, wipe the sensors and cameras on the headset.

If you are still experiencing the same issue after this, please let us know!

    Best wishes,
