Unable to Connect Quest 2 to Meta Quest Developer Hub

Hi,

I have the newest MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.0. I have been trying to connect my Quest 2 to Meta Quest Developer Hub but it doesn't connect, I have changed cables, used different wifi but no luck. I follow the steps "Device Manager > Connect a Device > Meta Quest 2 > Choose Device" my headset pops up but when I try to connect it says "Connection to headset has failed. If the issue persists, try restarting the MQDH."

 

I am on the most recent software for Quest 2 as well as for MQDH. Anyone have this issue or have troubleshooting ideas?

    I have similar issue but with PC.  My Quest Developer Hub will connect to the Quest 2 headset but when it says the headset will prompt to "Allow Access", the headset never does.  As a result, the adb is never showing the headset as a device.  Their user support doesn't help with the issue.  It looks like the forum gets no attention either.  We are left with cold feet.  With Meta now crazily trying to compete with OpenAI on LLM, I don't know if they care about VR development any more.
