USB devices attached don't work anymore after update v66 (bug)

Hi all,

After updating to v66 I noticed that I can't attach my usb flash drive to my quest 3 anymore. It will pop-up the usb permission for the device in file Manger but it won't save my choice which is allow even though I check remember my choice. It will pop-up to ask every time a plug in the flash drive but no matter what I choose it won't allow the usb connection. Has anyone face this issue? I used to install apks using this method or display a hdmi output to my headset like steam deck. But now the usb permission won't allow and save.

Error in logcat:

UsbManager: exception in UsbManager.openDevice
UsbManager: java.lang.SecurityException: User has not given 10120/com.shenyaocn.android.usbdualcamera permission to access device /dev/bus/usb/001/002

 it wont give permission even though i click Allow and remember my choice. i think its a bug
