Verify Dev mode

I want to enable dev mode on my acc but every time it says verify on my org and I do it says I did it but never actually lets me enable dev mode any thoughts

Developer Mode

I made a developer organization and everything but when i go back on the app to enter developer mode it still says I need to join an organization
