Webhooks how to active?

1、Does the Webhooks feature only get activated and used when the Enabled switch is turned on?


2、This call to our linked endpoint returns an invalid response at the moment. Could you please provide a demo with the expected response?

    Webhooks function cannot be active. Verify Token is always toast wrong. How can I solve this problem？
