MetaStoreHelp Is there another place I could go for this kind of assistance.  The Administrative Changes team wrote back that they can not help with this issue.  This is their response:

Thanks for reaching back out. Our team handles developer focused issues with our app administration and review process. We are unable to to help with this type of request.
 
Bug and technical support issues are better handed through the VR Developer Forums. I see that your post is pretty active and you will receive further support through there. They are better suited to help you there.
