Where is developer bug report access link on https://developer.oculus.com/ ?

Right now on 12 March 2021 UTC+7

The bug url access on https://developer.oculus.com/ on left panel is gone.
I need to access through direct url here https://developer.oculus.com/bugs/

Where does it go?
Can I only access bug report through Developer Hub app or direct url only?
