Oculus Go issue "Oculus Update required" on Unity 2018.1.1f1 using Unity Oculus Utilities 1.27.0,

When I use the the Oculus Utilities for Unity 1.27.0 and build I get an "Oculus Update Required" screen and the application does not run.
When I disable the Unity Oculus Utilities for Unity 1.27.0 and use the internal version( 1.22.0) the application runs on the Oculus Go.
Are these tools supported for Unity 2018.1.1f1?
Why do i get the "Oculus Update Required" message? is it possible to manually update?

    In the build of the application when I try to run it on the Oculus Go
