Oculus.Platform.Entitlements. IsUserEntitledToApplication() never return...

I'm trying to integrate Platform SDK into our Gear VR app. Oculus.Platform.Core.Initialize([app_id]) was completed ok but other APIs ain't working. I tried both IsUSerEntitledToApplciation & GetLogged...
