Offset in Oculus Go Head Tracker and Controller

When my application is loading, at that time if I change my view, then after the loading there is a offset(angle difference) between the head Tracker and the controller position. Pressing the home button doesn't fix this.
I am doing something wrong while setting the controller position I guess. 
Platform - Android
Can anyone help me on this part?
