"Take Photo" is broken on the Go? How to submit screen shots?

We're submitting an app to the Go store and we need screen shots. I've run into two problems.
1. On all of our Go's (running current firmware), the "Take Photo" feature seems to be broken. You can select it from the menu. and the little red light comes on, and the sound is heard, but no photo is stored.
2. Even if I could get a screen shot, the Oculus Store demands 2560x1440, and the screen shots from Go are 1440x1440. What am I supposed to do about that?
