Users can't re-open IAP store

We have experienced issues with the Oculus Go IAP system for the last 2 days.Users can no longer go back to the IAP store after either successfully purchasing an item, or exits with an error message, for example; imputing the wrong pin. This is not only on our project, but we found that this is the case for many applications on the store that uses IAP.

I this a known issue? If so, are there any recommended solutions?
