Week 11
Where I started
- virtual pitch deck for vr projects --> annotation platform --> feedback exchange in vivo
- alone with no idea except a guiding principle
- unsure of myself my ability to bring this to life
- bootstrapped/friends & family round
- a great initial pitch deck and plan to launch
- a phenomenal marketing team and a dev team that is getting the job done -- ultimately I'll need to bring on a full-time CTO and I have already begun my search
- Met and collaborated with some amazing people at OC5 - big shout out to Troy from Unity who gave me some fantastic advice on which frameworks to explore as I build this platform out into a plugin for developers, particularly around exporting content. Got major interest from just about everyone I spoke to (developers, advertising agencies, game engines, film festivals and more who want to use and pilot this platform) - YAY!!!
- totally plugged into the community, building a great team, and confident about next steps
- re-evaluate dev team - the hunt for a female CTO -- obviously I'll work with anyone who is awesome and know's their stuff but if I could find an amazing woman to work with, there is nothing I'd love more than to have an all-female founding team... if you know anyone, please connect me!

- developing pilot pipeline and on-boarding process
- developing the plugin, milestones include: adding in machine-learning analytics, live-streaming functionality, automatic voice-recording ("Alexa-style"), and encrypting annotations to improve security
