Hello Quest OpenXR (scratch reference implementation)

There's a brilliant little single-file VrApi demo over at https://github.com/makepad/hello_quest which I forked and adapted for the OpenXR runtime, perhaps this is useful to somebody: https://github.com/iamtommo/hello_quest_openxr
