I don't manage to submitt my game to the Oculus Rift store

Hi,i would release an app on the rift store but when i try to upload it via the developer hub i receive an error "API_ERROR" (i will attach the screen).
In my Unity3d project i use the XR toolkit and i build it for pc for oculus (i will attach a screen of the build settings).
Can you please help me?
