Oculus OpenXR Mobile SDK 66.0 XrSpatialAnchor example won't start

Using Meta Quest 3 with Pro controllers that XrSpatialAnchor example won't start for some reason.

All I get is a black screen with the three loading dots.

Oculus OpenXR Mobile SDK 66.0.

Logs are showing: 

Failed to find required extension XR_META_spatial_entity_discovery

Ok I think I just need to upgrade the headset to v66.
