Open xr not selecting oculus
So when i go to settings to make oculus the current open xr runtime,it just doesint do anything,steam vr works fine,but when i hit the"set oculus as active"button,nothing

I think some people found they needed to be logged in to windows with an administrator account for the button to work correctly (since it modifies the registry).
